Design Brief
To carry out a
visual survey only of the Landlord's mechanical and electrical
component parts in order to assess their life expectancy
and likely replacement costs.
Plant information was verified by reference to the site
maintenance logs.
The site survey conducted sought to provide
a visual inspection of the principal component parts, with
internal inspections of plant where deemed acceptable,
and not affecting the continued operation of the system.
